Terms of service

By purchasing a StaySuite product, you agree to these terms.

Nature of the products. StaySuite products are editable digital templates and content, including templates supplied through Canva. After purchase, you receive access to the applicable digital files or template links. No physical item is shipped.

Licence. Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use and customise the templates for accommodation properties operated by you. You may not resell, redistribute, share, sublicense or transfer the files or templates to third parties, in whole or in part.

Compliance materials. CIN and tourist-tax templates are supplied as editable design aids only and do not constitute legal, tax or regulatory advice. The host remains responsible for checking and complying with the rules that apply to each property and municipality.

Availability and support. If a supplied file or access link is defective or unavailable, contact info@applook.it so that we can provide assistance or a replacement.

Limitation of liability. The products are supplied as editable templates for the purposes described on the product page. StaySuite is not affiliated with Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo or Canva.
