Digital products and EU withdrawal rights

StaySuite products are digital content supplied by immediate electronic delivery after purchase.

Under Article 59(1)(o) of the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005), the 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied without a tangible medium once performance has begun, provided that the customer has given prior express consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that this causes the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Where those conditions are met and access to or download of the kit has begun, refunds are not available for a change of mind. This does not affect your statutory rights if the digital content is faulty, not as described or not supplied.

If you experience a technical problem, a broken link or difficulty accessing your files, contact us within 14 days at info@applook.it. We will assist you or provide a replacement file.
